Technical Help
If you are having connection issues, please try the following (in this order):
VIDEO ISSUES (Can not see anything, video choppy, etc.)
- Download and install the latest version of Adobe Flash
- Close any open programs other than your browser
- Reload the page
- Restart your web browser (IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc.)
- Restart your computer
AUDIO ISSUES (Can’t hear anything, audio garbled, etc.)
- Check your speaker connection on your computer. Make sure the cables are securely plugged in to your PC or Mac
- Check your system volume.
- For PCs, there is usually a speaker icon in the lower right corner of the screen. Click the icon and turn up the audio
- For MAC, use the Volume Up key on your keyboard or click the speaker icon in the upper right corner of your screen
- Download and install the latest version of Adobe Flash
